I sent a money order on july 16,2001 (made out to Bay9.com) and notified the vendor of that fact. It took Bay9.com 2 weeks to locate my money order ( which they cashed on Aug 2 ).
They then notified me that the item#76860 was now being shipped by the vendor and that I should give it a few days. It is now Sept 13 and I still have not recd the grill.
In addition Bay9.com (Anna) will not respond to my many E-mails or phone calls over a period of 3 weeks. Anybody that now wants to deal with that kind of scam outfit deserves what they do not receive and alot of the royal runaround. Auction buyer Beware !

Rebuttal:
I too have shopped on Bay9.com. My experience has been pleasent. I purchased a digital camera, also from digitaldude (Anna). I think the most important thing about making auction purchases online is contacting the vendor (email or phone call) after your bid has won. This is an important communication step, something that simple can solve many mix-ups! This way you can get the correct name of the person to write your check to, address and amounts. True their are con artist everywhere
so their is reason to be cautious. But it sounds like the only problem in this case was miscommunication.
