I was ripped off by this repair shop and abused by the owner. He tried to double charge me and also admitted to trying to charge me to repair a part that was still in perfect working order. He also verbally and physically abused me in the shop. I filed a complaint with the BBB and after he responded attacking me verbally saying I was on drugs or steroids because I was wearing sunglasses in South Florida. The BBB closed the case saying he did his best to resolve it, although he only attacked me and admitted in the BBB letter he did try and change a part that was still good. I understand the BBB gives the A rating to their paying customers so what good are they. Just want others in the PSL area to know they will be taken advantage of if they do business with these thieves. If you even bother questioning why their prices are so high they will attack you verbally and physically, the owner struck me in the face with a paper folder and the police had to be called to defuse the situation. One of the worst car repair experiences of my life, and the rudest and arrogant people I have ever encountered.

I also had a bad experience with Bayshore goodyear in Port St Lucie. They told me several things needed repaired and the estimate was very high $1300ish, when I told them I was getting a second opinion they were very rude and hostile and tried to charge me a $35 "service charge" for the jacked up estimate they gave me. When I did get the second opinion it turned out they lied about a lot of things that were in perfect working order, the real repair job ended up costing me $240 for everything including tax. I sure wish I would have googled their name before I went there, I see a lot of complaints by people they also ripped off or tried to.
