I don't know what Brielle your are referring to but the one I know. Took my money 2 Months ago. And have yet to refund my money or delivery my product. She doesn't answer her phone nor Tudors she communicate by email!!!! I'm starting to worry that I'm NOT going to get my MONEY BACK at allll!!!!!?!!!?!!!!!!
Especially after reading allll these comments !!! But please believe me I'm not going to rest until I get my Money !!!!! I will get a lawyer !!!! And Breillle or whatever your name may be . What hours aroun ; comes around !!!?!!!?!!!!

After reading alll these complaints alllll I can say ,'Is you reap what you sow'!!!!?!!!?!! But I'm NOT going to rest until I get my MONEYBACK and let EVERYONE know how you do BUSINESS!!!!
You know I've been patient and I tried to beunderstanding. I've done my reviews and research and obviously that wasn't good enough because I would have NEVER purchased ANYTHING from you if I would have known how SCANDALOUS you do Busines.
But this is NOT going to be the Last Time you hear from me. You know I've been patient . I've tried toreason with you. And you are just a 2 bit sales person. So you can keep Your ' OH I APOLOGIZE ' , 'I'M SORRY FOR THE BLAH !BLAH ,because you Know and I know it's B.S. or you wouldn't have soo many complaints.

Being a youtube/radio personality, I know that people glorify the people who get free hair reviews but this instance was ridiculous. I've seen man companies fail due to women buying hair, being novice at installing it, jack the hair up, and then blame the seller for their mistakes. This hair is meant to be used by professionals...
She stated that her hair was matted after a week of wear, which even if she had synthetic hair, shouldn't happen. This is a result of improper care on the buyers behalf. She should have protected her hair with twists and/or other techniques to keep it fresh!
I believe the consumer is at fault because, as stated, it was a result of her own misuse. Coming from a hair consumer, I can say that Brielle has hair of great quality, and I've never seen a bad review to date.

I understand your concern and I apologize. While you may not have received a personal text message from me with a confirmation number, it is 100% certain that you received an e-mail from PayPal with a confirmation number. That is standard PayPal procedure. All payments received are immediately returned with a confirmation e-mail from Be Beau Hair via PayPal, I am sure you are aware of that being so familiar with PayPal. If you need to view those e-mail yourself, please respond to the e-mails we have sent you and we will forward them over to you. Could it be possible our e-mails ended up to your spam folder? The same e-mail you used to make your payment is the same e-mail we sent all information to.
I personally apologize if I did not personally send you a confirmation number through our text messages but you can imagine how many text messages our business phones get daily. As stated on our website and Facebook page, E-mail is the most efficient form of communication. You were E-mailed a confirmation number. Your order was processed, shipped and received within 7 business days not over 10.
We only showed you screen shoots to confirm when you placed your order and that our PayPal account is in good standing, we just opt out of using it at the moment. We take full responsibility in your receiving 3 bad bundles of hair. However, we do sell 100% Virgin hair, we provide proof of ALL shipments of origin on our site and at our customer's request via e-mail. We had no knowledge of your complaint until this report. Had you e-mailed us, we would have gotten on it right away.
If in the event you decide you want to communicate with us and allow us to fix your problem, please e-mail us at the e-mail address you used when you originally placed your order, BeBeau@consultant.

We are sorry about your inconvenience and dissatisfaction. We sent you an e-mail regarding this matter and we did not receive a reply. We cannot post sensitive information about your order here; which is why we suggested we communicate through E-mail, however since you'd like to communicate here, we hope what we can discuss here will suffice. Paypal e-mails you confirmation of your order immediately once the payment is made. You received a confirmation E-mail when you make a payment and you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail including your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you need confirmation that we sent the e-mail, please e-mail me at marielove.bebeau@consultant.com and I can provide you with that information. We send all e-mails to the e-mail connected to your Paypal payment.
PayPal is not holding our payments due to any fraudulent activity. Paypal is holding some of our payments due to our recent spike in sales and our sales go into reserve because of it. I'm glad you are familiar with PayPal, I'm sure you are familiar with PayPal putting money into reserves as well. It's a common situation with growing businesses. We can still accept PayPal, but we only use it an optional source of payment, it is no longer our primary. Our new website with our FDIC Business Chase Account will be up the following week. We hope you will enjoy the improvements.
We are a registered business in the state of Michigan. We have been a tax paying business since November of 2010 and our business records are public. We do not control any of the comments left on a You Tuber's account.
Communication is always important when rectifying a situation. While we do our best to maintain a strict quality control system, things are still bound to happen. We understand that there are such things as bad bundles. On a rare occasion, should you have a problem with your order, we happily offer store credits or exchanges for those rare cases.
I have included the PayPal receipt of the day you purchased and a copy of our Paypal account stating that a portion of our money goes into reserves.

We apologize for your disappointment and inconvenience. We had no knowledge of this situation. Let us explain a few things and then hopefully we can come up with a solution to handle this situation.
You placed your order on November 15, 2012 3:59pm. EST, After 3pm ; which means your order will not start processing until the next business day. Our policy states that order processing takes 3-5 business days. Starting from Friday, your order was processed in 4 business days. you did not specify that you wanted any other shipping option so we shipped your order on November 21, 2012 using our standard free shipping. USPS confirmed that you received your package on November 24, 2012 at 10:10am, so in all it took 7 business day to process, ship and for you to receive your order. ?NOTICE: Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on".
