What a bad experience! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

We rented a boat for two hours last weekend. The boat not only looked like it was old which we could live with but when we drove out we found out that many things didn't work properly and were even dangerous. Two handle bars / railings on the side of the boat were aloose, while they are supposed to be tight and strong so you can hold on to them. There was a small sharp needle or nail sticking out of the bench which caused 3 and 4 inch bleeding scratches on the lower leg to my guest and myself.

The gas / fuel meter didn't work. Not very good considering you are being charged for fuel. They don't have a credit card machine and used a piece of carbon paper to make a credit card imprint of my card. They were unable to give me a copy of the receipt. Reluctantly I signed and accepted that they would email me the receipt. At tis point, after 7 days and many calls, emails and texts, I am still waiting for this receipt.

Worried by all the issues we have had, I checked my credit card statement earlier this week and I found out that they had overcharged me by 39% from the amount I had signed for after the rental! Feeling ripped off I asked the credit card company for an inquiry / charge back for the difference between the amount charged and the amount I signed for after the two hour rental.

Have contacted Anthony many times, I still dont have a receipt and he keeps stalling by asking strange questions (delaying) although saying its very important to him, blaming his workers and putting up a smoke screen to hide his ripoff and dangerous boat.

Unbelievable that this company is allowed to do business.....
