POSTED: Tuesday, April 30, 2013When you signed up for the trial, terms and conditions were provided. They stated that if you did not cancel within the 15 day trial period, you would be billed. You were billed for the trial product because you did not cancel within the 15days. You had to check a box stating you agreed to these terms in order to purchase the trial. There is a website on the back of the bottle which has all of our contact information on it. You can visit this website and contact us and we would be happy to resolve your issue. Thanks,
