By definition, an estimate includes all expected services to be performed and their expected payment. If something comes up, a price on top of the original estimate is to be conveyed to the customer.
This SCAM business knows they are going to do these expensive treatments and performs them right away without an explanation or informing the customer of the cost. This is a nasty, underhhanded business model.
"Professionals" acting and charging like crooked mechanics. I spoke with my neighbor after the fact and learned of another local vet that is supposedly very honest and affordable. www.glencoevet.vetsuite.com I have never been there and cant give them a thumbs up or down, all I can do is urge you to find a different vet. This company should be shut down and sued. TO
