Theresa Metro, former Beachwood Board Member, now deceased,
stated that Beachwood was a "real estate investment".

It appears each pass the buck to the other, when in fact they DO have the authority to help clients they exploit and choose to cause them harm instead.

Mr. Graham forced/coerced clients to relieve the organization from lawful ramifications when undisclosed carcinogenic conditions were disclosed. Only temporary signs were posted rather than permanent ones. His employee/agent/contractor,
Carlos Maldonado threatened to murder witness (es).

Other atrocities include sexual abuse of client (s).

Elder abuse of clients is rampant via coercion, intimidation, threats, etc. Militant efforts to seize personal bank statments is current.

It is alleged local authorities are involved in coverup.

Lomco has published they are planning to rehab a very defective building and charge the taxpayers for the deliberate neglect of the building.

Mr. Graham was manager of another building with a shell corporation linked to First Congregational Church and is now under the authority of Lomco. Why was the change made a substantial time ago, yet the principals allow the party to continue at Beachwood? During their watch, pass keys were used to enter private space and poison pet.

Victim (s) are handicapped and/or elderly and most have not the resources to get away from the criminal network.

By the way, I have recently seen your primary client, Mrs. Joann Nunez around town in what must be her new motorized wheelchair. It really has the get-up and go.

Yes, BeachWood is for the physically disabled. But persons with physical disabilities can also have mental disabilities, and also having a mental disability does not necessarily disqualify that person.

The rebuttal by Clive is a rambling confession of his wrong.

Beach-Wood is supposed to be for the physically handicapped and not the mentally ill. It appears he has singled out a resident he does not like and attempts to slander/libel her.

IF he has permitted a mentally ill person to live on the property, then HE confesses that he diverted tax monies for uses other than intended.

When "Clive" ran for City Council, he boasted/alleged he had "contacts in all levels of government and would use them..........". No disclaimer/denial was forthcoming.

Any interested investigator/prosecutor could access the records of Walton Associates and/or numerious subcontractors and learn of the deplorable living conditions handicapped tenants endured for many years.

Clive was terminated by Board for "total incompetency and not paying bills he was charged with paying". Interviews with residents substantiate power was shut off to building making access to apartments impossible as many are not able to climb stairs.

The Prop 65 issue was not an "ask" situation. It was presented in a mandatory lease addendum that included waiver of liability. It also revealed that building materials as well as water pipes were problematic. The required posted signs are no longer on the property and newer tenants not informed.

The building was "sold" to another member of the network, apparently not on the open market.

The witness who uses a PO Box is/was a long time professional who travelled the U. S. as part of her employment. It is not unusual for one to have a business as well as a personal address.

The use of various names is not unusual or illegal. In America, it is normal for a woman to take the name of a spouse when she gets married.
Other legitimate uses of "other names" includes intelligence gathering, undercover operations, writers, actors/entertainers, etc.

Allegations of residents writing government are more ramblings of disgruntled ex-employee, Clive.
In America, it is the constitutional form of government and very normal for one to do so.
Being involved and caring about one's country and/or society in which one lives is honorable.
IF Clive has nothing to hide he would not be upset.

Hal never claimed to be an attorney, therefore would not be traceable via State Bar licensing records. However, MANY were interviewed as well as hundreds of records/documents scrutinized.

The solution to the abuse of people and tax monies would be to arrest/prosecute persons who do so. In addition, politicians "with contacts" should not have the power to use tax monies to control those who may have another opinion.
As national security is a genuine issue, persons administering tax monies should be constantly monitored as well as activities. In this case, the network confessed it is anti-America and anti-US Military. One has the right to be "anti", but not the right to control supporters of America.

As a person mentioned in this ripoff report I can assure you that it has been written by a disturbed tenant who has been a resident at this HUD subsidized non-profit apartment community designed specifically for the disabled. The US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has responsibility for ensuring that the project is run in accordance with the highest standards. It's inception was sponsored by the First Congregational Church of Long Beach, which remains active in it's guidence. This Report was NOT written by "Hal", a lawyer in Rosemead. This tenant has used a Rosemead post office box for many years because of her unrational emotional fear of conspiracies and corruption at all levels of government and in all organizations. She also goes by several different last names. She has written numerous letters to all sectors of the government including the FBI, CIA, etc. on almost every subject immaginable.

Beachwood Apartments was funded under the HUD 202 program. Each apartment is covered by Section 8 rental assistance which means that the very low income, disabled residents pay less than 30% of their adjusted gross income as rent (in this case usually around $200 to $300 per month) for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment that is specifically adapted for mobility impared persons, and thusly there are no "ranges" in the kitchens because many wheelchair users are not able to open those types of low ovens. Instead, there are counter top convection ovens on specially designed counters that allow a person in a wheelchair to roll right under the counter and directly up to the oven. The bathrooms are large and also allow total wheelchair access. Some of the apartments are even designed with special showers in the bathrooms that let a wheelchair or other mobility impaired person enter the shower directly without going over a tub edge or other curbing.

She speaks in her report about "undisclosed carcinogenic conditions" and being "forced" to sign away her rights. The only thing that she was asked to do is acknowledge the State of California Proposition 65 warning notices that require all business to disclose the presence of State listed substances on the property; such as other residents smoking cigarettes, using BBQ's, janitorial staff using cleaning products, automobiles having exhaust, etc., etc.

She claims that there are "shell corporations" and that there is a "crime family" at work in this environment at the ownership and supervisory levels up to and including City and State officials and the US Department of Housing & Urban Development. She is seriously misguided in this thinking, but it is just a continuation of her outlook on the world in general, as she has reported many conspiracies personally direct at her by all levels of government and that she is personally being persecuted and tormented. It is a sad situation, and she does need attention.

There is nothing "underhanded" being done.
There is no effort to "defraud". Refinancing and ownership transfers of HUD non-profit housing facilities occur every day. Mrs. N. is seriously confused about all that has transpired in the process to better the physical facility for the benefit of the residents at Beachwood Apartments

THREATENING WITNESS & FALSIFYING RECORDS FOR GOVERNMENT CONTRACT

Crime family operatives told witness that no-one would be allowed to reside in apartments that co-operated with government personnel and DEMANDED to know names of ones she had spoken with and WHAT she had told them. Of course, witness refused to disclose that information only giving name of federal trustee Ms. Dye, social security Ms. Martinez, and social worker Nancy Riggs. She refused to discuss what transpired only stating they were going to TRY to get her better housing away from them.

A MANDATORY meeting was called by LOMCO, Beach-Wood board of directors and residents. Don Fancher of LOMCO complained of the bureaucracy of working with government and lenders in the transfer of property to United Church Retirement Homes of Long Beach, another of the shell corporations controlled by them. They control approximately 10,000 apartments.

Witness mentioned that many residents were not informed that the building was toxic and residents could get cancer living there.
When asked if they would relocate ones not wishing to be harmed,
Mr. Fancher danced around the issue and when re-asked he replied with an emphatic NO! The building can also cause birth defects if younger residents were to become pregnant. The law was passed in 1986, and they continue not to inform.

A resident raised the issue of drugs and prostitution. That was also danced around. Witness has refused to participate in the illegal activity and has been threatened with violence if she told anyone. Adele Jackson approached the witness saying he could get quality cocaine for her. He further said his friends in the Blood gang would protect him. He also tried to pimp her out sending men to her apartment. Previously, Ben Rockwell of the crime family tried to get her to use illegal drugs. She refused and and passed it off as she could not afford bad habits. He firmly retorted she could sell enough to pay for a drug habit she did not want. He further DEMANDED personal property and crafts she had made for her family or he would use his influence in the crime family to make sure she did not receive her court ordered disability and a badly needed wheelchair. She did NOT get her medical needs! His close associate Beatrice Lemus gave what appeared to be a joint to former resident/caretaker. She said her daughter,Yvonne had given it to her in an RX container. Ms. Lemus stated her nephew Randy would beat up anyone she did not like. In 2005, Ms. Lemus admitted she had stolen the oven out of witnesses apartment and when the witness reported it to Ms. Levester, she was treated with hostility and told nothing would be done.

At this meeting when asked about the new power structure, Mr. Fancher said the Beach-Wood board of directors would remain the same as well as the LOMCO management company. They are using the shell corporation to create an ILLUSION of property change!!!

The witness was given notice of intent to enter 6 June 2006 for an "inspection". She waited patiently, and approximately noon put a notice on her door that they reschedule HER appartment until 7 June 2006 at 1:30 PM.

At this entry, she was confronted by Sara Schoenfield of LOMCO and two six foot employees Greg Love and Meka Levester who encircled her to frighten her. An inspection report was prepared with false information indicating they had repaired and/or rehabbed an apartment they had not brought up to habitability standards required by law in order to collect rent. Resident had been without working smoke detectors for years. She had to flush her toilet with a bucket of water for approximately three years. The report indicates the apartment has a "stove" and all it has is a built in gas hot-plate and a defective oven that Ms. Lemus left in the apartment when she stole the new one charged to the apartment. The defective refrigerator was not replaced as alleged and the working one was removed by the crime family for an apartment outside of the complex. Resident first refused to sign and Greg Love shoved toward her a second time and firmly told her to sign it. She signed "not true, and her name" which the crime family can use white out to alter. Ms. Schoenfield said resident MUST accept paramedic care which is not true. Emergency instructions are on frig should such ever become necessary. The emergency information that was in the resident file was apparantly destroyed by Meka Levester and when the resident gave a second copy to Ms. Levester and Ms. Schoenfield she was treated with hostility.
7 June 2006, Ms. Schoenfield stated she was going to send a lease violation notice and that could lead to a 70+ woman in a wheelchair put in the street homeless and the crime family with possesion of her few personal belongings. Ms. Schoenfield told her to get rid of her yarn and craft supplies for lawful activity in her alleged home. All of this abuse has elderly persons blood pressure currently at dangerous levels such as 175/ll0, 172/99, 178/112 etc. She has been prevented from getting her necessary care to prevent possibility of stroke and rest for chest pains that can lead or indicate a heart attack.
This deliberate elder abuse is murder/attempted murder!

Ben Rockwell uses his affiliation with advocacy groups to extort donations for selected ones in crime family. He admits to an attorney in San Diego. Another legal center he is involved in in San Francisco includes several attorneys, para-legals, and even retired justices such as Joseph Grodin, Charles Renfrew and a host of others.

A witness is in serious and eminent danger. If someone does not intervene immediately, they will get away with theft of resident property, tax-payer monies, and absolute destruction of an elerly woman who worked all her life.

Yes, she will talk to any official, reporter, or anyone who will offer genuine help very quickly.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER SHELL CORP OWNED/CONTROLLED BY SAME ENTITIES

Notices were posted by Beachwood signed by Gary Shelton, Board Secretary, via LOMCO, that these shell corporations will transfer/sell to United Church Retirement Homes. LOMCO manages another of their shells at Plymouth West, in Long Beach, CA.

All of these shells link to First Congregational Church in Long Beach, CA. They admit they set up the scam.

Slumlords continue with criminal activity that includes keeping two separate sets of books to facilitate embezzling of monies.
Some of this money is your federal tax dollars!! Incredibly, HUD staff person, Sharon Hatcher, (213) 534-2668, aids & abets the criminal activity. Approximate date of transfer is 1 June 2006. The proceeds of this alleged sale should be frozen/seized until documents of my client are thoroughly utilized to prosecute and my client is relocated. The witness and personal property has been harmed and witness has been told murder would be next if refusing to be silenced.

More dastardly, in 2002 tenants were forced to sign waiver of liability for carcinogenic condition of building. The current notice states these carcinogens will be released into the apartments and surrounding environment without tenant relocation or protection of the environment in Long Beach, CA. Air currents/wind will spread the contamination to other buildings.The costs of harm to health will be borne by American taxpayers via L. A. County, Medi-Cal, Medicare/Medicaid.

Current campaign by Bonnie Lowenthal reveals one of the Board Presidents "endorses" her for re-election. Public Records reveal that Robert Shannon sued in behalf of one of the shell corporations in a class-action.

Both Robert Shannon, City Attorney, and Anthony Batts, Chief of Police, have over 30 irrefutable documents by this crime family/network and they REFUSE TO PROSECUTE THEM.

NO ONE IN CITY GOVERNMENT will help the victims of organized crime that they support/aid & abet.

PLEASE STOP THE CORRUPTION IN LONG BEACH, CA. My client WILL be courageous and testify. At this point it appears the only hope is a full blown FEDERAL investigation. Until the City of Long Beach is corrupt free, ALL federal monies should be suspended at once.
