Do not use Bear Mountain Cabins. The people werefine until you had a problem. Could not get a manager on the phone...waited and waited and waited. In person it was even worse.Ms. Dawnwas in a meeting and would not come down. Our cabin was remote, and had an unshoveled loooongdriveway. We had a 3 year old and my daughter was pregnant.All they had left was a condo, we could not even find. Ms. Dawn was not very nice then. We finally wound up staying in a motel. If you want good service do not use this company. We went to Cxxx Cabins,(((REDACTED))) and it was great. The trip was salvaged only because the latter was so accommodating.
