DrATV (AKA "Beatrice Cycle") sells on both the website "www.dratv.com" and on Ebay. They do NOT take phone calls even though a phone number is listed on their website. If you call it, you will get a recorded message telling you to send an e-mail. If you send them an e-mail, they will not respond. Your only communication with them is if you actually order something online, and if there is a problem with the order, you are screwed. Your only recourse is to dispute the charge on your credit card since you can not contact them. They may as well be located on the the moon.
This is a "fly by night" operation, and if you deal with them, do so at your own risk. Save yourself the time and aggrevation, and burn your money instead. At least they wouldn't get it. Total jerks.
