Ordered a "trial" online of Skin Element and Eye Vibe, advertised as only having to pay shipping and handling. Without my knowledge, bank credit card was charged 14 days later for the full cost of the products, $97.83 and $105.79. A month later, I received a second shipment of both products, and this is when I was alerted to the problem!!! Called the company saying I would return the product, but was told not to, and that NO Charges would be incurred, and that my subscription was cancelled. Then, I got my bank statements and had to decipher the charges because they use different names, and they are separate charges. I was charged the same amounts a second time!!! I have been on the phone several times now with this company.... They reassure me I will be called back....and then it doesn't happen and I have to re-contact them... The only time I get any action is when I threaten to contact authorities. I have been refunded 70% of one month. Definitely "bait and switch"!
