Beazer don't feel it's their duty fix the problem because the warranty has run its course.
It appears the house was built on a hill on a foundation of water, clay, and gravel. I question as to whether Beazer receive the proper clearance to built on this particular spot. The city engineers claimed to have lost the paper work associated with the planning of this property. I smell a rat or a series of rats.
