Bed Bug Laundry Service Overcharge, Lose items, Unresponsive New York New York

Do not use this service at all costs, it's a scam. They prey on the fact that you have bed bugs and therefore take advantage (they actually claimed to have saved me in my time of need.) But what should have cost me at max $400 cost me over $700.

Just a few things they did:
Overcharged for multiple items. They disregard directions on labels and wash them how they see fit to make a profit (they actually ruined a shirt and a scarf with their "hand-washing.") They also refuse to give you a copy of the contract.

You can only pay cash so your credit card company can't fight on your behalf.

They lost a leather jacket, and it took me at least 5 phone calls for them to finally find it.

They lost a pair of pants - they told me that they didn't have it, were going to ask the driver if he had it and if he said no they would fire him for having stolen it (basically saying I'm to blame if they fire this guy and of course he did not steal it.)

Normally they don't pick up the phone and keep the voicemail full (I called multiple times every day for over a month and they picked up maybe 7 times in all and gave excuses when I requested to resolve the extra charges each time.)

I could go on and on with other issues.
