I work as a social worker who assist individuals with cognitive impairments. After a couple of the clients who I am in their homes weekly if not daily reported bed bugs I decided to look into the product bug deference that I heard about on the Dr. Oz show. I read over how you could get a 30 day trial for just the cost of the shipping and handling. Thought it sounded like a good deal and also read that I could cancel the product within that 30 days and be charged nothing. So when it got close to the 30 days I decided to cancel it since the shipment came with 3 systems and I only needed to use one at a time. I cancled my service with got my cancelation number and was told I didn't have to be worried about any more charges from Bed Defence. From a guy with a very strong accent. A few days laters when I checked my bank account I noticed a charge from bed deference for $41.82. I called them right away and explained that I had cancled their product and wanted a refund. The lady who on the phone with me, again with a strong accent and did not know English very well, argued with me that on their website it clearly states that after 30 days I would be charged the full amount for the product even if I cancled. I explained I did not read that any where on their website but did explain what I had read. I even asked if I mailed the product back if I would get my money back in full. She explined that I wouldnt and that if I mailed it back they would have to charge me a $15 restocking fee. At this point I was mad and said I would not get off the phone till I got my money refunded to me. After about a 15 min phone call she did agree to refund me 50% of my money. I am still waitin for that refund. If any one has a way to get my money back from this rip off of a company please help!!! What makes me even madder is that they Are being referred to people by our tv shows and news!!!
