I would like to address your issue and clarify any misinformation, but I am confused by your posting. Beech Street is not an insurance company. It is a Preferrred Providers' Network of physicians and medical facilities. The insurance company that underwrites the HCCUA defined benefits insurance plans is Pan American Life. Therefore, I am afraid that your title did not "say it all" for me. If you would like to post again, I will respond to your concern.
