Behzad Ourmazdi Dishonest and Medically incompetent Camarillo, California

Dr Ourmazdi has seen my spouse for 2 years and I discovered he is fraudulently billing our insurance company for visits we never had.  Then I requested medical records and discovered that when he saw her in the hospital, he did not order proper tests and did not administer proper medication.  This non action put her at risk for additional attacks and potentially death. 

I advise anyone to not go to this dishonest doctor pretending to be a Neurologist.  He lies, makes fraudulent entries in hospital notes and works with other doctors at St Johns Pleasant Valley Hospital to fake records and medical conditions.  He appears concerned but his records say otherwise.  He is a danger to the public.  Be advised that PV Hospital has doctors working in collusion with Dr Ourmazdi who also create misleading and inaccurate records.

If you are considering seeing him or are looking for a Neurologist please keep looking for your own safety and protect your life.  Take charge of your medical records and review everything in your files.  His office staff is cordial and helpful and probably have no idea what he is doing to improperly treat patients. 

We are in our sixties and I urge all seniors to stay away from this fake.  His lack of knowledge and dishonest business practices could be deadly from providing improper care.
