BelisiRX Deliberate Fraud by BelisiRX - Do Not Do Business With This Company Jpiter Florida

I replied to a $1 risk-free sample" ad on the internet from BelisiRX.com which, with their "expedited shipping" ($14.99 - no other options and took a week) and luxury packaging" ($3.99) came to a total of $19.94 which should have been my clue as to the quality of company I was dealing with. Within two weeks there was a charge on my credit card of $89 which I did not become aware of until I received my statement approximate two weeks after the charge appeared. No where in their "risk free trial offer" did it mention anything about an $89 charge.

The first time I called Belisi it was the weekend and they only work M-F, standard hours/EST. After 20 years in customer service management, that should have been my second clue. But the voice mail said my call would be returned if I left a message. It never was. Third clue that this company is dishonest. I subsequently managed to call later in the week and spoke to a polite representative who gold me the charge was a "membership fee" and it gives me 60% off all their products. I told her that I wanted the charge credited back and, remaining polite, she refused and offered no solution that would have made this win-win. This is proof that this company is engaged in deliberate deceptive practices. I was told that there was a "two week" cancellation period but I could return the risk free sample and I would be credited my membership fee but not the $19.94 it cost for this "risk free" sample. I am returning the product and extremely skeptical that I will have my membership fee refunded.

Belisi also offers fashion items and I have read on this site complaints regarding other free offers. Pete Belisi's rebuttal has been "We re an honest company". It is apparent to me that his definition of "honest" is far different that the one found in a dictionary or as most people would definite it.

My advice.....UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to go through the headache of unauthorized charges and no resolution through the company itself.

I will update this entry after I post my return of the sample, relative to whether or not my membership fee is refunded. Regardless, my advice will remain the same.
