My husband got this product for me as a free trial, pay shipping only, it was part of a participation to get XP for free. When I recieved this product, there was no paperwork in it, and I didn't think anything of it cause it was supposedly for "free". My husband went to get our money out of the bank for our rent and it wasn't there because Bella Clear took $79 out of our account.
This is just the beginning of my nightmare with this company. My husband called them, and the man he talked to, informed my husband that we was on a list that from the next month on they would be taking $79 a month and be shipping me this product. My husband told this man that we did not want it. This man told him it was out of his hands. My husband asked to talk to a supervisor.....duh, he said he wasn't there, told to call back. My husband had to stop his direct deposit because of this. He is litagating it with the bank, but the bank paid them. It really upsets us, because we did not agree to buy this.
I did not have the opportunity to send it back, like I said no paperwork came with it. It is a horrible product, a Acne product, and it broke me out worse than I was. I could have bought Pro Active cheaper. I think it is wonderful that I have a chance to forewarn others. I got burnt, and learned my lesson.
I would be happy to get my money back, but I know that is not going to happen. If I can stop 1 person, from going through my hell with this company, it will be so worth it. I see that I am not the only person who has had issues with this company. Feel free to contact me. Better yet, order it yourself, and I hope you have better luck as they have to know they are being watched now. Thank You for Allowing me the time to tell my story.
