BellaAtHome and Smile Pro Direct They Tricked me same like many others USA Internet

I recently, few days ago, fell into the trap of BellawAtHome and Smile Pro Direct which seems to be one and the same company.

Their internet advertisement clearly stated that we were to recieve samples at a tcost of $1 each, however I was actually billed for $5. The advertisement did not state that this was a reoccuring charges which I later found out from thier email althouth it did say that we had 30 days refund. 

The product did not match thier claims and although I did not complaine about them taking more money ie $5, to my amazement, I was then charged with two lots of $93 from each company. Although they charged me, todaate I have not recieved any goods from them apart from the samples; not that I would want to accept goods which I have not ordered nor authorised payment of.

I contacted thier 24/7 telephone but no one answereed except for automated system on which I left a message cancelling my order which waas never placed.

I also sent them two emails which they have not replied.

As I had paid with Visa Credit Card, I have contacted the card company informing them and asking them to cancel these unauthorised payments which these people have taken.

My suggestion is to stay well clear of these people.
