I switched back to Bellsouth from Momentum Telecom on August 19, 2005 and was suppose to get a check for $100 which I never received because they said that it was not valid, which it was confirmed by the customer service representative that the switch did occur. With the DSL service, I ordered the service in September and couldn't get it connected until November because of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. They are trying to tell me that I received the player, but could not provide me the information on where, when, or how it was sent.
Do not trust those people, they are full of sh**.
