We bought a Belmont Home from Freedom Homes in Feb of 2000. Here it is 2013 and we are still having major floor problems and we can not get anyone from Belomont or Freedom to fix it. We have hired our own contractors and they can't fix the problem because the frame of the house is bent. this has been a 13 year battle and when Belmont went out of business I sent the complaint to the Texas Board for Mfg homes and they sent a representative out and we never heard back from them after numberous attempts. Is there anyone out there that has been able to get any of their issues resolved and if so how did you go about it? We are so please tell me what you did. this was supposed to be our dream home and retirment home. We are to old to move and no one would buy this house because of the problems associated with it and we can't just walk off and leave it because we have so much invested at this point. We have redone the whole house inside and out because of the cheap craftmanship. Our wall in the kitchen is bowed from the floors and the pantry floor is seperating from the walls. We need help.
