i got a phone call from the said company telling me that they could rite off the majority of my debt i agreed to an appointment (this phone call was after a number of letters i had from them which i had ignored) when i was at there office the woman offered me a loan i replied that i would struggle financially to repay it dont worry she said as we would give you and your partner a home owner loan that will repay the majority of both your debts thus reducing your outgoings she said that this loan she was going to give me was for 9800 to pay off 1 other loan 2 credit cards and an overdraft of mine she said that i probably wouldn,t have to make a payment on this loan as myself and my partner were going to be given a home owner loan for 25000 i agreed to it about a week later myself and my partner went back to there office when an appointment had been made and gave her all the details she wanted for the homeowner loan wage slips bank statements and the last MORTGAGE STATEMENT (which states there are 3 names on the mortgage) she took photocopies of these after a short discussion and that was that she said she would need a more recent wage slip off my partner at a later date we never heard nothing else from them she said it would take about 5 weeks to setup we never heard anything for nigh on 2 months so i decided to give them a call the same woman who we had dealt with answered the phone when i asked what was happening with our homeowner loan she had to go and check the details of the account and her reply was that there head office weren,t going to give us a homeowner loan because there were 3 people on the mortgage now i am lumbered with a loan i never wanted in the first place a 9800
loan for 7 years where i end up paying over 25000 by the end of it i feel that they were never going to give us a home owner loan at all daylight robbery i call it 84 payments of 307
