Our first clue that they didn't know what they were doing was when they pronounced accrued interest as akk erd. That was when we went to our bank and had them help us with this.
We then wrote the attorney general of Illinois who has told us they owe us money. We were advised to settle for a reasonable amount. We would probably do this if we are ever offered a reasonable amount.
They have closed down most of their offices in the United States, this should also tell you something.
These people came to my place of employment and threatened to foreclose on our house, when all the time they owed us money.
Something needs to be done about these people.
