Beneficial - HFC Insurance fraud Elmhurst, Illinois

They gave us a floating interest rate for 5 years but then wouldn't change to a fixed interest rate as had been agreed upon.We took out insurance but when loan should have been paid do to fire they said we didn't have any insurance.     When we couldn't tell our insurance company how old the wiring in our house was we couldn't get ins. so they said they would carry it and our payments went to 800.00 a month .When our home was burnt by arson and it came time to pay off the loan they said there was no such agreement and never paid off the loan.  Now our loan amount is at $103,000.00 and our property is only worth $23,000.00.We are now in foreclosure and very much want to keep our property but can't afford to put a house on it so no one else will finance it to get away from them.    I would be more than happy to pay on the worth of the property if they would take the rest of the loan amount off.    After our fire I called and let them know and they told me if I could produce the paper work okay but otherwise they remember no such agreement.We lost all our papers in the fire. 
We spoke to a bankruptcy atty. and they also said that Beneficial should have had insurance on the loan that should have paid off the loan after the fire.We would get nothing but our property and that is all we have been asking for.
