Beneficial HSBC revolving line of credit Buffalo New York

ive had a revolving line of credit for a few years now which has seemed like a life time. i pay them starting out $475 a month and in 3 yrs im still paying $454 a month and has only come down a couple hundred dollars . i see no results i ve paid for unemployment ins every since ive had this loan and was told when i got it that i only had to be laid off for 15 days now that i got laid off they tell me i have to be laid off for 30 days and then i had to fax papers to them after i had my employer fill some out which i did and then they said it will take them 15 days to get a result .......... please come off of it. who do they think they are to rip us hard working people off. i dont see why they have the right to do this to people. then they keep shutting down beneficials where i live now the closest one is buffalo new york. then you cant even talk to anyone that talks plain english which is also rediculious.
