Two weeks later I recieved a package with all kinds of offers but no card. I called the 1-800 to find out how to receive my card, they told I had to fill out the enclosed application.
I decided that I didn't want to particpate in the program and I inquired about how to get a refund. They told me I had to send the entire package back certified mail to New Jersey and I should receive my refund in about 30-60 days. It has been 30-60 days and my account has not been credited back. I called the 1-800 number and they told me that they do not handle the refund they just make the calls to the customers, the refund is handle from the corporate office in New Jersey.
I inquired about getting a number to the NJ corporate office. They explained to me that they did not have a number for them, nor an e-mail address. So there is no way of contacting them about my refund.
