I am reporting these 3 individuals who work together so that I can save many people from potential losses. Even though this even happened a few years ago I am writing here to report them.
In 2009 I entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Abul H. Shah, Naseem Banu Hameed supported by Michael Caridi at their offices on 645 5th ave 8th Floor, New York Ny 10022, in which they would supply both new and used motorcycles to my company. The first order was for 322 used but refurbished “Honda” Motorcycles. As per the agreement I wired the sum of 132,000 USD for the purchase of said motorcycles, but when the containers arrived I noticed that what he sent was unmarketable not only due to the poor condition of the motorcycles but also that the Vin numbers had been chiseled off prior to shipment probably due to the fact that they were stolen at the point of origin thus rendering them useless since no title can be issued.
The loses sustained are immeasurable as I entered into long term leases in order to assemble and distribute said motorcycles.
I also want to point out that Mr. Abul will probably refute this statement, and I have no problem with that, but the fact of the matter is that I am out over 132,000 dollars and have nothing to show for it and they kept the motorcycles as I would not accept them. Please beware I will let the world know what you are all about and would not recommend and ask that you be careful when dealing with these individuals.

Michael Caridi is a scam artist, he is partners with Abe Shaw and Naseem. He was very well involved in all phases of the negotiation. Mr Abe still lists his address with Michael Caridi, so they are 1 and the same.
He is just a scammer, and becuase of him i have lost over two hunbdred thousand dollars.
Stay away from Michael Caridi, he will rip you off!
He has a chance to make it right, return my money, until then i will continue to post so that it be known by everyone in the world of the shady operation he and his partners are running.
Michael Caridi, is a scammer along with his hench men, that he sends to front his operations.

I am not sure who you are, but the fact of the matter is that Michael was involved in the rip-off. Let me further explain. I met Michael Caridi thru a mutual friend and Abul Shah and Naseem were all involved in the deal. I am sorry to say this, but this is the truth and I was the one there at the table negotiating with them. I can even prove that they are still using the me business address. I have even attached the proof..
I even called Mr. Caridi and explained to him the details of the situation and he said he would get this resolved, it has been several years since then and he never took responsibility for the actions of his team and partners. He has the opportunity to make things right, he can negotiate and pay me back my money, until then i will continue to post my experience with him.
Unfortunately he was involved and should make things right, until then all i can say is that he ripped me off!

I have known Michael Caridi for over 10 years. I met him at the time he was sharing a suite of office space with Naseem and Abul. They rarely came into the office, and he was always trying to track them down to pay their share of the rent, until finally dicontinuing the office share agreement, and he has not seen or heard from them since that time approximately 7-8 years or more.
He was an investor in some projects they proposed, none of which involved motorcycles. He has hired investigators to locate them, so that he can deal with the bogus investments, as well as clear his name from matters like this motorcycle issue, that his name is wrongly attached to.
He is not a partner of theirs...he is a victim.
