Bentley Inc. Bentley corp. , Bentley Inc. Transport, Bentley Transport Inc. Haven't been paid for work done. They say I lost the paperwork but it was sent or dropped off when and where I was told to. Cheyenne Wyoming

 I was told to pick up load in Rusken, Fl. and then pickup a codriver in Atlanta,Ga. and then deliver the load in Sacremento, Ca.. Which I did. The load was picked up on  27th of May. then I picked up the codriver on 28th of May. His name is Tyrone Corbin. We delivered the load on saturday the 1st of June because the reciever didn't have a second shift and we would have been there at 4:00pm but no one to unload at that time so we waiited until the morning.  We were told to unload then go to Lodi,Ca. truck stop and recieve a fax of a load we were getting and send a fax of the delivery reciept to our boss at 866-332-1092 which we did. At that time I texted the office 706-969-3123  stating that we faxed a copy of the signed reciept. We then recieved our next load information from the broker and proceeded to go get our pickups and then (it was a 4 pickup Load, with 1 delivery location). Which we did and were ready to go across the country to deliver in Lakeland, Fl. at the Publix Cold warehouse.  It was to be delivered by the 6th of June at 5:00am. I had to drop off the codriver in Atlanta,Ga. on the way because he had prior appointments he could not miss. He said that it was ok by our boss (Dan Pace).

I dropped him off Tuesday night at the same address I picked him up. I still had plenty of time to go do the delivery and did. I called Mr. Pace after the load was unloaded and told him I was ready to find out what to do next. He told me at that time I needed to go north to the truck stop in Ocala,Fl. and drop off my paperwork to be picked up by someone with the company that was named Jim. (I didn't get a last name) by Mr. Pace. So I did. The fedex envelope was labeled Bentley Inc. and it had my name on it and it was sealed withe the factory seal and it had all my paperwork from the last 2 loads in it. So I should have been paid by no later then the 15th of the month. I was told after that to go to Kingsland,Ga. and drop the trailer I had and hook up to the trailer going to Roundup,Mt. and then head there. I was told that my codriver didn't clear it with the boss to be home at that point. But to go pick him up on the way north with the load. So I did. Picked him up friday morning and then headed up to Montana. We got to the delivery on Monday morning on the 10th of June unloaded and niether of us had a cell phone signal so we headed to the nearest area where we did to find out what to do next. We ended up going to a truck stop in Billings,Mt. At which point we were told to fax a copy of the delivery reciept and then fedex it.So we did. Then we were told to go to Lodi,Ca. empty. We did We got there and then told to wait on a fax froma broker we did. We got the load information from the broker and went to get loaded at a 5 stop pickup. Going to Deerfield Beach, Fl. Publix cold warehouse. Delivery schedualed for the 15th at 5:00 am. We made the delivery on time and then we were told to drop off the paperwork at the Jacksonville, Fl.  TA truck stop and then head to Kingsland,Ga. truck stop and drop our trailer and hook to the one going to Canada and to leave it at the Jonesboro,Ga. Penske and then go take my time off and to clean myn stuff out the truck so I did. At that point I needed off until the 18th for appointments. I called the boss starting the afternoon af the 18th asking when I would get back on the road on the voicemail.

Now I didn't hear back from the boss until saturday the 22nd of june. He said at that time I needed to go meet with another driver (his name Samson Boyd) and go on a run to Portland,OR. We were told after delivering that load we had to go to Lodi, Ca. and on the way stop fill up the fuel tanks and fax the delivery reciept to the office we decided to send in our paperwork at that time to make sure we would get paid sooner. So then we get to Lodi, Ca. and get Our pickup and it is only one place in Salinas,Ca. and it was going to Deerfield Beach, Fl. The whole week am trying to find out when I am going to get paid and They people at th office keep saying they are working on it. We get the pickup and find out the delivery date and time is the 30th at 5:00 am. Now we get into Florida and are told to go to Kingsland, GA. on the 28th of June. So we do. We get there and are told to drop our trailer and take one loaded and needing to go to Grand Junction, Co. We do we head north and get close to Macon,Ga. and find outr that the load is cancelled and to go to Jonesboro, Ga. and then home until Monday the 1st of July. So now it is the 19th of July and I have still not been paid for any of this and I am still sitting at home without being brought back and to make it worse I have called and texted and emailed with NO response at all from my boss or anyone with the company. I have called almost at least three times a day texted at least once a day and emailed at least once a day. And not a single response. At this point I just want the money they owe me and for Dan Pace to respond to one of the other companies I am trying to transfer to.
