Feds Raid Herbal Supplement Company

Federal agents raided three offices of the natural supplement maker Berkeley Nutraceuticals in Cincinnati Wednesday morning.
The business is known for making and marketing several supplements, including Enzyte, which claims to provide "natural male enhancement."
The product is best known for its television ads featuring "Smiling Bob".
Other Berkeley Nutraceuticals products include Avlimil and Altovis.
Several agencies are investigating, including the FBI, FDA, IRS, Hamilton County Sheriff's Department and Cincinnati Police.
Search warrants were executed at three Berkeley Nutraceuticals offices:
1661 Waycross Road, Forest Park
5462 Duck Drive, West Chester
2500 West Clifton Avenue, Corryville (south of UC campus)
Agents say they're acting upon a sealed indictment based upon consumer complaints from across the country about the natural supplements.
The Better Business Bureau says it has received several complaints about the company.
