I ordered A FREE SAMPLE of Altovis from Berkeley Premimum Nutraceuticals, Inc. and had to submit my credit card info to cover shipping in the amount of $4.50.
A couple weeks later I found an unexpected charge from them on my credit card for $70. I called them to ask why and to have it removed. They said that when I ordered the "free" sample of Altovis, I was automatically enrolled in their managed care Altovis, program. Therefore, I would be forever receiving monthly orders of Altovis @ $70/month for which payment is automatically billed to my credit card. And, under no circumstances will they accept returns or refund the $70.
They also make it impossible to unsubscribe to their automatic enrollment by not providing that option on their website.
