You can dispute on your credit card, but most cc companies will not support you because you made the original order (misunderstanding that all you would pay for is the shipping of the "free" sample). Currently over 4,000 complaints filed with the Ohio BBB and class action lawsuit against thru LegalTech. When questioned, Berkeley Pre. Nutra. will refuse to reverse charges and reimburse monies and when return items Berkeley will refuse returned items. No resolution when speaking with company and they usually lie about return of funds to get you off of their backs.
