I ordered a FREE 30 day trial and was sent automatically a 2nd month of pills when I asked not to do so. I called as soon as I received a 2nd set and was instructed to send the pills back for a full refund. The company confirmed they received the pills on 10/13/03 yet never credited my account the $76.26 they billed me without authorization.

As I am going through old credit card invoices for taxes, I notice I never received my refund. I call customer service and spoke to a supervisor Mark at X5375. They will not give out last names as I now understand why. Mark had no power what so ever to rectify this situation because it has been so long. As a matter of fact he said I should of taken responsibility to make sure they refunded me, therefore this is my error. I explained their responsibility to follow up with the refund once they received the product back. Mark said "He will not take responsibility for this" eventhough it shows they received the product and did not credit my account. This is one bright supervisor.

I have been on hold three times with this company today. I did research and found all these complaints and the CEO's name. I called one last time to try and get ahold of a customer service woman that was mentioned in other reports as an excellent help to others with the same situation. She was at lunch and the new customer service representative asked if she could help. I reluctantly explained my situation and said I will contact the CEO regarding this and only then she got a new supervisor to help. They are only refunding me $35.00 as they say that is all they see charges for. My credit card bill has a charge from Avilmil for $76.26 on it, they were uninterested in seeing it. It still is upsetting that I had to go through this crap before some justice and only half of a refund.

What is going on here? Is their anything else I can do?
