POSTED: Thursday, July 01, 2004Call your doctor, and have him type a letter sttaing that you are having a reaction to the product.
Then call customer care and tell them that you are not able to take the product due to medical issues, and that you need to return it. They will tell you to get a doctor's letter to verify and try to end the call. Tell them that you already have the letter and you need to fax it in to them. Once they recieve it, they are supposed to credit your account. it is the ONLY reason that they will allow a credit to be given. It usually takes about 30 days to post to your account, but they issue them all of the time for that reason allone. All others get denied.
