So I notice the $70 charge on my card, and called to say I never received that shipment OR the free one before. They could have cared less, and seem to think that just because they use the US Postal service (no tracking, mind you) that means they don't have to give a refund.
They suggested I contact the post office. They refused to give me the corporate info, said I would find it back on the web sight. The name of the company is there, but nothing else - I had to do other searches to get what I need.
THEY ARE RATS!!!
