For almost 2 years now I have been fighting with them over a bill they said I owed in 2010. I moved from Berks County in 2009 due to a very violent domestic situation. I did not want my husband finding me so I did not disclose my address to anyone. Low and behold they find out my address and start sending me bills ( and disclose my address for the world to see) and forward my information to a debt collector. Now, they have put me in a very dangerous situation that allows my ex to track me down like a dog. I have verbally spoken to them and their attorney and they assured me that everything was taken care of. Well it's not. They billed me twice last month. I got so fed up I contacted the PA State Attorney General's Office on-line and filed about 5 complaints against them. Please if they are harassing you, and you absolutely do not owe them the money (file a complaint). I'm sure most people pay because they get tired of the harrassement.
