Ordered Enzyte for many months. Have not had a shipment for two months. Then Monday they took out $69.95 from our account. Called to cancel and was told that they would not refund the money even though they never sent the Enzyte product.

Also Enzyte did nothing different for the p***s.

Website www.askberkley.com is a joke! They tell you to go to this website to cancel it. Each page is nothing but more websites that do NOT allow you to cancel the account.

They have a 100% money back guarantee and now they say it's only a 12 month continuous to GET that money back!!! It was NOT like that when the product was ordered.

I'm out $69.95 with no way to get it back.
