Bernard Haldane and Associates is a rip-off and I want my money back

I recently signed a contract with Bernard Haldane and Associates. The contract does not start until 11-27-00, however I have come across so much negative information about them that I contacted then on 11-24-00 to ask about the refund policy.

Carolyn Kilbourn of the Columbus Office told me that the company does not have a refund policy.

Based on the horror stories on your web site, I asked her what would happen if I requested a refund. She stated that no one asks for a refund. She asked for an example from your web site where a person requested a refund. I used the example where the husband was hit by an Haldane employee. She responded "How do I know that the client did not hit the employee first?" I asked her about the langauge in my contract stating that they had a third party recruiter and the comment from Gordon67 appearing on your web site. She went postal on me. She accused me of trying to get Christmas shopping money, banned me from calling her again, and hung up on me. I was barely able to get a word in however I did manage to tell her I was terminating the contract.

I have sent several emails stating that I terminated the contract to Carolyn Kilbourn, Jim Stackstoole also of the Columbus Office along with writting their jogshaldane.com site. I left messages for Mike Stone who is in charge of the Columbus Office.

I wrote the Better Business Office (case number 164210). I have a bad feeling about getting my money back. Help
