After reviewing my credit card statement and questioning the charges by BBV hot movie sale and BBV rebate giant, I called to inquire as to why I am being charged this monthly fee. Amy, at BBV in Boca Raton, Fla, informed me that when I ordered 2 movies in December 2011, I also entered into a membership with BBV. I immediately cancelled this so-called "membership" and requested a refund of all monies they had fraudulently charged my account. She refused this request of mine, and agreed to give me a 2 month refund. And she was unable to contact her supervisor in the "home office" for any further refunds. What a rip off! I never agreed to this membership when ordering these workout videos. Ever!
