On 2/20/13 3pm-4pm EST, I bought a box set of Rurouni Kenshin Season 2 which was in stock by the way. I looked at the item and it was said that the items in stock would take up to 48 to ship out and that I would be informed through email that I would get 5 steps to see how the order was being processed.
I come to realize that my Debt card was charged immediately without being notified and updated on my current order status. I sent an email message to them on 2/27/13 I ask for the whereabouts of my order and got nothing back.
I continue to check to see if the order has been updated but according to the site its still being processed. Its been about a week now and still havent gotten anything back from them. I tried looking on the site to call them but there is no phone number to reach them at.
The price for the box set was $83.31 since its a rare anime to come across and it was the only place I could actually find it for a good amount.
I hope the BestbuyAnime site gets taken down and the people get arrested for scamming me and everyone who bought something from their site. I lost $83.31 because of them and I doubt I will get it back.

From what I seeing, I think they may have abandoned the site. I tried the site, and the links are broken to items. They claim to have been in business for 15 years, but the creation date is listed for 2010. Last update was last Sept, but we will see what happens this Sept when the expiration date comes. Also, the phone number appears to be for Network Solutions @ 570-708-8780. I would try that, or the email address listed for Seok Kim @ ku39t79m3ys@networksolutionsprivateregistration.com . If that doesn't help, contact your credit card company/ Bank and register a complaint.
In the future, I would say to do a better job investigating or researching web sites you are not familiar with. Stealing a name like Best Buy and selling products the real Best Buy sells sounds like the Corporate company could have a problem with them.
Also, as a shoppers tip. I recommend going to Amazon.com to check their price and their sellers prices. If you use the firefox browser, you can use an add-on called price blink to compare prices with other reputable sites.
I did another check for you. Half.com has a seller selling that item for under $70.
