We provided Danielle Jordan with the proper measurements as specified on their website for our project. After several reviews of our order, we were informed that we had to pay for the materials in FULL prior to proceeding. On 10/22/12 payment was made and the order was processed. We were promised that they would inform us of a delivery date within 72 hours it took exchanging numerous phone calls and emails with a supervisor, Nathan Libby, just to get a delivery date.
When the product came it was on a broken palate, after unwrapping the materials we found damaged product. We Immediately called and emailed Nathan of the damaged and missing items. After emails and numberous
conversations with Nathan and Adam, to date they still have refused to acknowledge their obligation to make our order right. Almost two months have expired and we are left with a roof not completed due to missing sheets of metal, screws, vents, touch up paint, flashing, vented ridge and misc. They have our money and we are at the loss. We have exchanged pictures and emailed concerns since receiving the order and they still cannot fulfill their obligations.
