I have taken out the protection plan out on my 3 cell phones thru best buy mobile. We have used the plan numerous times. Every time we use the replacement plan they charge us again for the plan @ 9.99 a month.  I was told the store cancels the old plan and reissues the new plan.  I have been overcharged 99.90 over the last 6 months.

Understanding what you are Paying for

Your phones have 1 year warranties against electrronic defects.  You are paying for damage insurance with a high deductible.  Are you breaking them frequently?   If not, your insurance is a waste.   When BBY replaces the phone, the original plan is satisfied; that is, it ends.  Did you want damage insurance on the replacement phones?  If not, did you inform them when the replacements were done?  Don't understand where the ripoff is.  please explain further.
