There is no "FREE BASIC INSTALLATION".. you are going to pay for it regardless of what package you buy or what vehicle you have.
I've spoken with managers in store and and on the phone. They "apologize" for their deceptive sales techniques - but refused to give me what I paid for - "Free Installation".
