Best Choice Camera This company sends repackaged equipment and closeout items brooklyn, New York

 Wife purchased camera as gift for me. Camera was not what I expected (not their fault) Attempted to return and told policy was to return in 14 days not 30. They accepted exchange to please me. So far so good. Except after choosing another camera, they took 4 weeks to only require me to call them severla times and be told that the shipment was returned to them damaged. this was untrue and the bottom line was nothing was shipped. They offerred me a "bette" camera in exchange (they didn't have th eone that I asked for" and I accepted to ge this over with. Received camera shortly after this in White Box and appears to be repackaged. I am sure this is not brand new but some type of return to Canon that is purchased by dealers that sell it as new and not "reconditioned".

Beware of this company. I was lucky and will move on, but their methods, actions and attitude is poor and you could find a better company to deal with for the same prices.
