I used this company to move my furnitures from NJ to GA on 02/14/2013. My furnitures got there on 02/19/2013 with many items damaged and broken. I called that very same day to make a complaint and spoke with Kelly about my problems. Kelly told me that I should take pictures of all the broken/damaged furnitures and send it to them, and her supervisor will then sumit it to the insurance company who will then take care of the damages. I sent the pictures a few days later both via mail and e-mail and never got a call from anyone from since then. I've called many times and left messages for the supervisor to call me back and she never did. Kelly was the one I spoke with when I first contacted the company. She is the one I paid and she too never got back with me. I've called and called, I left numerous messages with the company and not a call from anyone. I also told them that upon delivery someone elses furniture was accidentally dropped off at my house and you would think that they would be concern about that. The person's furniture is still seating in my garage from 02/19/2013 and not a call to from this company. Who treats people furniture this way??

Damaged Furniture

After I posted this report about this company (Best Choice Moving INC) I also contacted the BBB. The very next day the supervisor who never, ever contacted me about my damaged furniture finally decided to give me a call. The first words out of her mouth were " I don't appreciate you contacting the BBB on my company" Really??...it only took you over two months to let me know that you got the photos I sent you of my damaged/broken furniture and according to you, two days ago you sent it to the insurance company??? really? Not only was she rude and disrespectfully. Today she called me and left a message asking me to give her a call back. When I did...this not to good english speaking so-called supervisor name Suzanna, very rude and please let me express....extremely unprofessional individual threaten me by saying...."I'm just letting you know that, I needs you to REMOVE the Report you have posted on RIPOFF first before I settle anything with you!?!" Is she insane?? do I look or sound like an idiot?? who does that? Suzanna...I have news for you...it's the other way around!!! you first have to pay me for my damages, and then just maybe this request will be granted. You are in NO position to threaten me...I am not afraid of you...This is America and not Russia/Poland where you are from. There are Rules here, and there are Laws. And Suzanna...please note that I have all the time, resources and money to make you pay for what you've done to my family. PS: I am still waiting on your Company too also come get the other family furniture you've mistakenly dropped off at my home...I feel sorry for them too...it's only been 3 months already!!!
