I purchased two handbags that totaled 74.92. One was a Prada handbag and the other Coach. They both looked very nice and where said to be real. They had the brand embrodiery and tags to look authentic. The next day I used the handbag for the first time. I was walking the mall and had the handbag on my shoulder for not more than a half hour the strap just completely snapped off! I was so embarrassed and I had to carry the bag under my arm and brought it out to my car. That is not acceptable for a bag to break first time using it. I immediately contacted the company which is only possible by email. You don't know an address of the company or a phone number. Nothing is listed on the website. The first email I received no response the next email was returned to me! The only information I had was from bank account which said Beijing,China. However, They didn't have a problem withdrawling my money right away. So now I have a broken bag and then try to use the other bag that I got and I noticed right away the strap was very poorly made. It was very thin and after using it for 3 days the strap had stretched and broke into two! So now I am stuck with two broken handbags and no way of contacted the company. My emails just kept getting returned. My bank wouldn't help me because I had no other evidence but returned emails and that wasn't good enough for them to dispute the items. What can I do?
