I contacted BNT several times but no success. I used e-mail, phone calls, letter (certified, return receipt requested) all to no avail. Finally I spoke to owner of BNT, Lynn Venturella on her cell and she said she would take care of it as long as I sent her necessary info that college needs and I did. Again no answer. Same deal - i e-mailed, called, left several voicemails, no response.
I'm still waiting.
