My husband contacted this company for a loan. He got a phone call wanting to verify his information so he did they looked at his banking information. After that he got 4 phone calls from different people stating that he didn't get the loan b/c he didn't have direct deposit. After calling several times speaking with different people he finally got that fixed and was told that everything was approved and the money would be in his bank the next day.
Later that afternoon he got another phone call stating that they were unable to verify his employment. He contacted me (his wife) and asked that I have his manager call them to verify. I tried calling the company to let them know that they had to contact The Work Number to verify his employment. I called was unable to get anyone well finally someone picked up the phone all I could hear was a meeting going on in the background and then some man say this is bull s**+* and then pick up the phone say Austa Min Yana and hung up the phone.
So, today the company contacted me this morning I gave a lady named Sara the information for The Work Number. She called me back to inform me that they wasn't able to verify employment with them because you have to do it online and I guess they don't have a account. I then was telling her how to get in touch with the branch and she said at that point the loan was denied because they were unable to verify employment. I called back and spoke with a man name Marvin and he was very nice and he said that they would do a 3 way call to verify his employment to get this done he transferred me back to Sara and I informed her on what Marvin had said and she told me that they couldnt do that and that they wasn't to approve the loan because of previous NSF's.
I ended up hanging up the phone on her and I called back and asked to speak with Valerie she was very nice told her everything she said that she was unable to use the same application that my husband would have to resubmit the application again so he tried 3 times and it wouldn't go through. I called her back and let her know and she said that she could just verify his employment and everything would be fine. I gave her all the information she needed to get someone to verify his employment. I called her back after I got back from lunch when I was informed that they had called and verified his employment. I asked to speak with Valerie and got a Louise and she said that the loan was denied that they were unable to verify employment I informed her that they did and who they spoke to and she was saying no that was incorrect calling me a liar. After going back and forth on the phone I told her that I was going to report them to the BBB and she said that she could say that I was a liar because my husband put the branch phone number down for employment and I had gave them a different number.
She said that it was lying on a application I said no it's not it's not my problem that they have to get information on The Work Number and they don't want to pay for it. The branch isn't supposed to verify employment they did because this company was such a pain. I hung up on Louise I called her some very not so nice things when she called me a liar. I called back finally got Valerie and she said that she was able to verify the employment but because of the NSF's they couldnt approve the loan. I don't understand how you can say that you are approved several times and also send a email stating that you are approved and then it seems like once all these other problems arose that's when they come up with the other stuff.
