This has to be the worse company I have ever tried to do business with. I cannot understand how they stay in business with their unscrupulous tactics. I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel XTI Camera package from their website at a Price of $449.00. It included the camera, one lens (18-55) 1GB Memory Card Card Reader LCD Screen protectors, Lens Cleaning Kit, Camera Case, Table Tripod, Full size tripod, Lens Pouch, Cap Keeper and Wrist Strap. They were also to include with each camera package, a free MP4 Player!! All of This was listed on the website so I copied and printed it for reference.

The next night I receive a call from Victor (ext.#202) who tells me that I must purchase a battery for the camera in order to use the camera and did I want The 2 hour battery or the 5 hour battery He recommended the 5 hour battery. I ask him how much for the battery and he stated $168.00. I told him I did not want his battery and to just ship me the camera as it was represented on the website. He told me that if I did not buy the battery that I would not get the camera before Christmas. I told him that was OK I would wait. He made it clear to me that he was not happy.

After I hung up I became more and more convinced that I had just been duped by some slick New Yorker. (They already have a terrible reputation for this practice). So I called Back to ask to cancell my order. I spoke with Chris, gave him my order Number and told him that I wanted to cancel my order and he told me that it
had been done. I ask him for a conformation number and he said I did not need one that it had been taken care of. This was on December 5, 2007.

On December 15, UPS delivered a Camera with a charger and battery and standard disk and manual and warranty. I did not receive all the other things that the website said I would receive. And also in the box was a receipt where they had charged my credit card for an additional $180.99 for a total of $629.99. I could have purchased this same camera locally from a number of dealers for this price and avoided all the hassle and stress this sale has caused me.

I just wish I had read all of the complaints about this company (on varioius internet complaint sites) before I hooked up with this company's website.

I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the additional charges which is what I suggest that you do if you are duped by a city slicker out to separate you from your money.
