I wish I had seen the reports all over the web before buying from this company. I've been buying on the internet for many years now and I've never experienced such a scamming company.

I ordered my TV online on April 20. Rec'd call on 4/24 to confirm order. Spoke with Harry who instantly tried to upgrade me, tell me things I needed that I didn't need, spoke in circles. By end of call, I had no idea what I ordered. Assumed I would have a detailed email with this upon my return from vacation. (which is where I was during this dialogue and had no internet access). Returned home to see a charge of $3100 on my card. The TV and shipping should have been $2100.00
I had no emails from them, nothing. I then called, sat on hold, sent emails, etc and finally reached Harry. He proceeded to rattle off figures and product names but refused to send me an email with this info.

I finally rec'd TV on May 8. Didn't get rest of order.
I called on that day and now talked to Scott. He told me that I was upgraded to a retail pkg and that they are an OEM. the upgrade reqd me to pay for a projection lamp which is $400. I thought I ordered a replacement one. He said TV does not come with it...LIES LIES LIES, UPON TALKING TO SONY
He then said I'll send you the hdmi cable you didn't receive and an extanded warranty. I want my cable, not warranty. Today is May 15, still no cable.

DO NOT BUY..THEY ARE CROOKS. I've notified my cc company of the charge and disupted it. I've filed complaint at BBB.
