1st - There are 15+ Raymond Bartreau's in the country and the owner of BRR and the person in this URL are not the same.  In fact, Raymond Bartreau has never been to Texas.

Best Rate Referrals sells bogus leads multiple times, then sells them all again 30 days later. If you're looking to buy debt leads from this guy for your debt settlement business - DON'T Do IT!!! the scheme Raymond has is to sell the lead first to a debt settlement company and then to re-sell it 30 days later as a bankruptcy lead...this kills your debt settlement business!

You purchased a COLD calling list over 5 months ago. You did not purchase warm leads that have been verified. This should have been obvious to you when you are only paying a few pennies a name. 2nd, our sales reps do not guarantee a % of apps or loans you will close from a COLD calling list. How will we know what that number is when we have no idea how strong your reps are?

No one at this company would ever tell you that you would pull 1 application out of 20 cold calls. Honestly, if your reps are well trained you are lucky to get 1 application out of 200-300 cold calls.

I must reiterate here that you did not purchase a list of warm leads. These are not people who inquired or requested your help. Instead it is a COLD calling list based on filters you determine. If you were to purchase warm leads you would have paid up to $70 a lead instead of the 15 cents you paid.

These reports are from competitors and are false. I know Raymond personally and I know many people have done business with his company. He has a stellar reputation, and it is a shame that people are using Rip Off Report as a means to file a fake report to libel an honest company. Like Raymond said, provide some proof that you actually did business with this company, otherwise, you are not credible. If you file a report with the BBB, they will make you prove that you actually did business with the company instead of this site where anyone can post anything.

we bought arm data from this scam company a while back. Brian fitzmaurice was the name of the employee there who did that for us...

He said all good things, showed high expectations from his data, even said we will generate 1 lead out of every 20 we call.... HA. We just got 4 out of thousands we called.

And he very happily said, 4 apps is not back when you invested just a few hundreds. Ridiculous. Its not about the investment or a few hundred bucks.. its about their honesty towards their clients..

Again, another false claim against a reputable marketing company. The consumer does not leave substantial information proving that they were even a customer of ours.

The consumer does not leave any information on the form of marketing that was done with our company nor did they leave the company name the purchases were made under. We have never refused a refund to a customer when it was justified.

I encourage this consumer to escalate this claim to the Better Business Bureau and prove their position with documents and credit card statements proving we took their money without providing marketing services they pre-paid for.

I can send anyone the proof they need of this slimeballs way of doing business, I'm 100% all the above is very true...Here is part of the conversation between Raymond and his conspirator who was too stupid to not talk about it..

I was researching this company and found this. My boss was ripped off twice by this company, the first time they fooled him into thinking they were going to take care of him, banged his credit card a second time and refused to pay it back. The boss had to fight them thru his credit card company, terrible hassle from a total lack of customer service.

Raymond is a very rude and cocky person that doesn't mind telling you you're not getting your money back and to screw off. They are very typical of what most mortgage lead companies have come to recently.

Recently another loan officer that came to our company had the same experience with Best Rate Ripoff, I guess the word doesn't spread fast enough about these lousy lead companies. I hope this helps.

There is no information regarding you nor your company in our database. Unless you can provide proof (invoices, return policies, etc.) showing you ordered from us, then this is a frivilous claim from someone whom has never done business with us. We have never even done a lead campaign in MS so how could you lose $5,000 when you never ordered to begin with?

From everything you stated in your post you do not even sound like you are in the US. Why repeat you are an American business owner if you were not in the United States? We only sell telemarketed leads in the US.

You state that you found us on BrokerOutpost.com and that over 150 people were signing "hosannas" (which is also another tell you are probably not in the US). If that is the truth (and it is) why are you the only one having trouble with our company. Probably because you have never done business with us before and are using RipOffReport.com as a tool to discredit our legitimate business.
