I bought my husband a cloned gold Rolex as a Christmas present from Best Swiss watch company. It would not keep time, and the watch did not live up to the wonderful expectations that were advertised. I contacted the company and followed their directions on how to wind the watch. We spoke via phone and text many times.

They treated me like I was an idiot. I finally got an address to send the watch to for repairs. When I got the watch back, it started doing the same thing. Next, the stem, crown, springs all fell out. I tried several times to contact them.

Now, they will not answer my calls and messages, nor will they answer my texts. I have been stolen from by Best Swiss Replicas watch company. I'm so disgusted that these people won't even help me. I worked long and hard to get my husband this watch. They are expensive replicas, $1200.00, and I just want my money returned. They falsely advertised their warranty. A watch maker told me that it would cost nearly $200.00 to repair it. That is ridiculous since it is under warranty for 4 years. I haven't had it a year yet.

This company has lied and stolen from me. Not only that, I feel like such a fool for taking them at their word. But, I thought that is what an honest business does.
